Next Steps

A £1,000 booking deposit is made to Vehicle Repowering Solutions.

The deposit is fully refundable should you wish to cancel.

The installation centre will arrange a convenient date for your conversion.

On the agreed date, the vehicle will need to be brought to the conversion centre.

The remaining balance (less the grant amount) is payable to VRS on/before your arrival.

When the repowering has been completed, the cab will be ready for collection.

The installation centre will provide a demonstration on how the system operates and how to refuel.

Transport Scotland pay the grant directly to VRS.

The installation centre will prepare the relevant paperwork (such as the Schedule 2 form) for you to sign.

VRS register the conversion with the UKLPG and provide all of the documentation that you need to send to the DVLA along with your V5 log book.
